Transforming Lives
// Heather Williams Katz
This year, we are celebrating 25 years of ministry in the Dominican Republic on the North Coast.
We are grateful for the work God is doing through New Missions and the lives that are being transformed. One of the most rewarding parts of this journey has been hearing people share how they have grown in their faith in Christ through the various ministries of New Missions here in the DR.
Emily Lopez, a fifth grade student at our school in Bombita, singing a solo at the chapel service on the campus.
As part of our 25th anniversary celebration, we held special chapel services in each of our schools, inviting parents to join us. During these services, we shared the vision and mission of New Missions and heard powerful testimonies from some of those who have come to know Christ through our ministry. It was a joy to watch students, teachers, and parents participate in these special moments through presentations and messages. Our pastors also took time to encourage parents to commit their families to Christ and raise their children to follow Him. We remain dedicated to fulfilling the vision of New Missions—to raise up a generation of Christian leaders. ~Heather Williams Katz
