The most important work we see happening in Haiti is the spiritual work through our churches.

Our pastors are leading the way by uniting the churches for special events and evangelistic efforts. From revival meetings, to church conferences and baptism festivals, our churches are serving together to reach more people for Jesus.

A marching band led the procession of Christians toward the shoreline in Concrab, Haiti.

On Friday, April 12, 2024, 40 Haitians stepped into the ocean water to be baptized. This special time was hosted at our church and school in Concrab, Haiti. It is common for other pastors from different churches to sit on the front row during baptism festivals. Pastor Olson, from our church at Fond-Jacques in the foothills of the mountains, and Pastor Cole from our church in Ambas-Peres, Haiti, on the coastal plain of Léogâne, shared front-row seats for this historic moment.

Sitting together, our pastors gathered for a baptism festival at the New Missions church in Concrab, Haiti.

Our churches in Haiti are serving communities together. There is no competition. The focus is on completing the call to preach the Gospel and making disciples. Matthew 28:19 says, “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.” Please pray for our pastors as they continue to unite together and pierce the darkness of Haiti. ~Tim DeTellis
