If you have never had the opportunity to visit our schools here in the Dominican Republic, I wish you could come and see the happy smiles on children’s faces and hear sounds of laughter throughout our campuses.
The students love our schools because of the love and security they feel when they are here. Sixth grader Jeremy Yonael Jaquez loves everything about his school in Los Castillos: the big classrooms, the outdoor play area where he gets to socialize with his friends, and how his teachers lovingly teach and guide him.
Sixth grader Jeremy Yonael Jaquez is one of the many students who looks forward to coming to school every day.
The love and protection that is felt on all of our school campuses comes from God, and it is our mission to love Him and love others. I am touched every time I see a teacher or staff member comforting a child who is hurt or upset for some reason. Sadly, many of our students come from unstable homes or places where they do not feel secure and loved. I praise the Lord for our Christian teachers and staff who love God and the children they are teaching.~Heather Williams Katz
