Reaching Our Students
// Heather Williams Katz
In all of our schools, we have weekly Bible classes and chapel services.
Many of our students come from non-Christian homes, so school is the only place where they are learning about God and His love for them. This is especially true in our high school where many students even claim to be atheists. While we know that we are sharing God’s love and the Gospel with our students, we are burdened to do more to reach them.
This year, under the direction of our Spiritual Life Director, Arismendy Katz, we will be planning many more Bible events and activities to engage our students and motivate them to learn more about the Bible. We want the students to be part of planning dramas and preparing presentations about different people in the Bible. We will also be inviting Christian professionals to come share with our students about how God is using them in their jobs and how they share their faith. Please pray for our teachers and staff as they work each day to help our students grow closer to Christ. ~Heather Williams Katz
