Students at our school and members of our church in Bombita are very excited about the metal pavilion we are building to replace the tent.

While the tent served us well for many years, wind, rain and salty ocean air have caused major damage. We are very happy that God has provided and we are able to build a sturdier, more resistant structure to be used by our school and church. We believe and hope the pavilion will be completed in time for our special Christmas programs and church services.

Students enjoy watching the construction and are very excited to use the new metal pavilion for chapel services and activities.

I believe the comments by our assistant school director and church member, Xiomara Peralta, sum it up best: “First of all we thank God, and we also thank the mission and our missionary brothers and sisters for their prayers. The new construction for us is a blessing, because it will help in the development of our school—and thank the Lord that we will have a more secure roof so that we can listen to the Word of our Lord Jesus.” We are thankful for God’s blessings and are looking forward to worshiping God under our new roof! ~Heather Williams Katz
