Being able to speak English in the Dominican Republic is an asset when looking for a better job and more opportunities. There are many people living in Sosua who speak English. When Pastor George and Jeanne started working in the DR, one of the first things they established was an English church. We are thankful for the native English speakers in our church who are helping our students and teachers improve significantly with their language skills. We are working to help improve the future for our students.
