I Am Hope Club

We celebrate the fifth birthday of our children in the I Am Hope Club, because we know this is a miracle that they have escaped death from disease and hardship. For generations, Haitian women had many children because half of their children died. Praise the Lord, each year we celebrate at least 700 children who reach five years of age in great health. We have a party with balloons, party hats, noisemakers and birthday cake—celebrating life and giving thanks because Jesus gives them a reason to rejoice.
