The prayer group in Playa Chiquita meets every Tuesday morning. It was started by Pastor George DeTellis and has continued under the direction of one of the church founders and leaders, Juanito Polanco. These faithful prayer warriors sing worship songs, share Scripture and testimonies, and pray for the church and people in Sosua and beyond. Many of them have witnessed amazing miracles—which strengthens their faith and prayer life. They are one of the many prayer groups that meet in our churches in the Dominican Republic.
