DR Health Screenings

We hosted a one-year-old birthday party at our health center—which was planned and hosted by Christ the Savior Lutheran Church from Fishers, IN. The purpose of the party was to do developmental screenings for children between the ages of six and twenty-four months. We are very thankful to members of the Dominican Child Care Foundation, for helping with the screenings. Over 40% of the children we screened had some developmental delays. We plan to work with the parents of these children to educate them on ways to help their children at home.
